Porn actress to file charges against Charlie Sheen - CNN.com: "adult film actress who claimed Charlie Sheen hired her as an escort, then 'put his hands around her neck,' announced plans to sue the actor Monday morning.
Capri Anderson, also known as Christina Walsh, appeared with her attorney on ABC's 'Good Morning America' to speak out about the reportedly violent night during an encounter she had with Sheen at New York's The Plaza Hotel in October.
Anderson, who said she was offered $3,500 to appear at a dinner party with the actor, said Sheen was drinking heavily and 'grew more intense.' She also accused Sheen of 'snorting a white, powdery substance.'
Sheen's attorney, Yale Galanter, went on the offensive and denied allegations against his client hours before Anderson appeared on the morning talk show.
'Ms. Capri never made any allegation to the police of any wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident, and she had every opportunity to do so,' Galanter said in a written statement. 'She also posted on her website that she was 'fine' and if you wanted to see more of her, for a price, one could enter the website. ... If she pursues legal action, we will defend this vigorously. These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false and are an blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity.'"
